The selection process for the candidates consists of three phases:

Phase 1

We analyse the submitted job applications. We pay special attention to whether the qualifications of the candidate meet the requirements defined in the job description. If your application meets our requirements, then...

Phase 2

You will be invited to our office for a meeting with an employee of the Staff Department and your future boss. Depending on the position you apply for, the Director of the Division in which you might end up working may also be present during the selection process. During these meetings, on the one hand you will have the opportunity to obtain more information about our company, the culture of our organization, and the position you are applying for. On the other hand, we will obtain more information about you, your work experience, qualifications, achievements, predisposition, motivation and expectations.

The interview is the basic means of selection.

Phase 3

Within 2 weeks from the completion of the selection process, we will inform you about our decision. In case of a positive answer, we will arrange another meeting, during which we will discuss the conditions of employment and offer you a contract of employment. However, if we would be unable to offer you a job at that time, your job application will be stored in our database (with your approval).
